In this post I am sharing how to style a baby blue outfit. I was walking my dog in my neighborhood when I stumbled across this GORGEOUS California Lilac bush (as determined by one of my followers, haha). These flowers are sooo teeny tiny and beautiful.

These flowers are the most perfect deep blue, purplish color. It’s one of those shades that will have people debating until the ends of times trying to decide if it’s purple or blue, haha.
Despite the color of the flowers, I wanted to share a lovely shade that I don’t get to style often: baby blue. While I opt for a more warm, and neutral color palette, I do not discriminate against any color in my wardrobe. I would rather live a fun and colorful life than limit my styles because of an aesthetic. If you like a color then why not wear it?! I have blue eyes so I thought all of these shades of blue tied together would be so pretty.
You can style your baby blue outfit in a number of ways. For one, look for other shades of blue since the range of colors will effortlessly play off of each other. Another way to style a baby blue outfit is to wear white. For me, I styled my C/MEO Collective tank with a pair of white jeans and an even lighter blue cardigan. Other colors that look amazing with baby blue are silver, grey and navy (shop this aesthetic here). Those are pretty much the opposite colors of my capsule wardrobe, but hey – everyone has a preference when it comes to defining neutrals!
