I love this collection because it is all about female empowerment. A lot of people don’t know this, because you can’t see it in photos, but I have a tattoo of a scallop shell on the back of my neck. This tattoo holds many meanings, but one of them is inspired by Sandro Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus painting. It depicts the goddess Venus standing in a scallop shell looking like a wild red-haired siren. I have always been mesmerized by the goddesses of Greek mythology, and beyond. I love to try and channel their energies through my every day life.
