Party in the Back: Make A Statement With These Back Detail Tops & Dresses

The back detail trend is so fun. As they say business in the front – party in the back! I love this white shirt because in the front it looks like a classic button down, but once I turn around it has a beautiful crisscross detail. It’s currently on sale for $18! And better yet, the website has free shipping 😉 In one of my recent posts, I shared a pink two piece outfit that has a bow back – so feminine and pretty! Whether you prefer an outfit with a hint of detail, an crisscross back or a daring backless style, you’re pretty much guaranteed to make an unforgettable entrance and exit!

I paired this look with a denim skirt, white sunglasses and lace-up black heels. I scored my Valentino sunglasses at Nordstrom Rack for $70, and they have so many other amazing designers on the cheap! My shoes are from Target – one of my favorite places to shop for shoes. There’s always a chic and trendy selection at prices that won’t break the bank. As a blogger I constantly need new shoes to style with my outfits, thankfully Target allows me to shop for $25 pairs of heels – you can’t beat that. I’m always on the hunt for the best deals, and if you look through my shopping guides and my recent post featuring stores with free shipping – you know Stop, Drop & Vogue will always hook you up!
The denim skirt was a last minute scramble. I was going to wear jeans, but I also wanted to wear the lace-up shoes and that didn’t work. I was digging through my closet while throwing all of my options on the bed (can anyone relate to this? haha). Finally I stumbled upon this adorable denim skirt. I scored this skirt a year ago at H&M for $5 – I love when they have epic markdowns like that. I remember in high school denim skirts were such a thing. They faded out of style, but have made a serious comeback. Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of all denim skirts, but I do like the A-frame of this skirt with the huge copper buttons.
I’ve rounded up my favorite open back, crisscross back, and lacy back tops and dresses! Shop this trend below!
