NARS Studio 54: Holiday Glam

I absolutely adore this holiday collection because it doesn’t go crazy with the festive packaging. It gives you that glittery holiday red, but it’s not over the top santa and snowflake print. That’s one thing I really love about NARS – they are high end and strictly glam. I have a few favorites in this collection so read below to get my full reviews of each NARS Studio 54 product. I also threw in the lip pencil trio because it would make the perfect stocking stuffer, and I am obsessed with my NARS lip pencils!!! Studio 54 Audacious Lipstick

I can’t get enough of this lipstick in the shade Mona. Honestly, all of the shades are just as STUNNING as the packaging! I am obsessed with the case’s glitter and the bold colors. Even better, the cap is magnetic so it just snaps right back on. It’s kind of fun to play with, and it feels oh so glam when you open and close the lipstick. The range of colors is so lovely with muted pink, burgundy, and scarlet colors. These sexy shades will have you New Year’s ready in no time! Cheers to a little Holiday Glam.

Velvet Rope Pencil Set

While I don’t own this particular set I do own quite a few NARS lip pencils. I must say they feel and look amazing on the lips. I love that they are essentially lip liner and lipstick built into one. You can sharpen your pencil to line your lips perfectly. I loveee lining my lips with this product because it makes them pop and look slightly bigger. I would highly recommend to gift this product to someone for the holidays because this travel set is totally worth $40 (one normal size lip pencil is $27). The range of shades is stunning and all of the colors are a bit muted. I use this product as a daily product, and I ALWAYS have a NARS lip pencil in my makeup bag. It’s my favorite on-the go lipstick because you just line, fill in, and boom your lips look pouted and amazing! I love that these are travel size so a girl can have options while out and about without taking up too much space in my purse.

Powermatte Lip Pigment Set

I love all of my NARS liquid lipsticks, but I must say I was honestly shook by the quality and color of this set (it comes with 3, but I couldn’t find the last shade for this shoot). I used the shade Funkytown for my makeup look below. When I first applied the Powermatte Lip Pigment my initial reaction was that the formula was super smooth and soft. I also loved that it dried matte. It felt and looked good all day and didn’t smudge at all! When I first applied it the color really popped, but as it dried it settled in to the matte finish. I lined my lips and applied some Powermatte – wow my lips look amazing! Keep scrolling and see for yourself.

Inferno Eye Palette

This palette is perfect to create any holiday glam look! My favorite product in the NARS Studio 54 collection, the Inferno Eye Palette, can create so many jaw-dropping looks. There’s glitter, there’s smokey eye, and there are neutral colors to blend for a more casual style. I watched a YouTube video by Jackeline after finding the pigments a little tricky, and she recommended using a wet brush or your finger to apply the glittery shades.  I created my own holiday look using shades Keep On Dancing, Rock Freak, I’m So Excited and Come To Me. With an eye primer the eyeshadow did not crease into the lines of my eyes, which I was very impressed by. I loveee how this look turned out, and with all the winter parties coming up this palette will make your eyes sparkle!

Explicit Content Climax Mascara Set

I really love how simple and sexy this mascara looks. The wand combs the eyelashes really well and does a good job at separating each one individually. The wand applies a thin layer of mascara so I like to do at least 2 applications per eye. My eyelashes feel and look amazing after I use Climax! Typically I use Climax for a day look because I can’t get the dramatic and bold mascara look I normally go for. Since I have blonde eyelashes I have to go very heavy with my mascara application. I still love using Climax for a simple look. I usually switch up my mascaras every time I put on makeup. Right now I have 3 on rotation! This one is the most elegant looking of the bunch, but hey – not everyone likes to pile on the mascara like I do!
